United Kingdom
Plain BTC garments — England, Scotland and Wales
DPD 48 costs £5.95 for eligible plain, non-personalised BTC garments. These items may be dispatched directly from our supplier to your delivery address. DPD 48 normally takes 2 working days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed 48-hour service from the time you order. Stock availability, order processing, weekends, public holidays and postcode restrictions may affect delivery.
Next-working-day delivery is not currently available for these garments. Only services available for your items and address are offered at checkout.
Personalised products and other UK orders
Existing Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is £4.99 where offered at checkout. The current estimate for this service is 4–6 business days including handling, subject to any additional production lead time stated for your product. Personalised garments require preparation before dispatch to you.
Northern Ireland and other UK destinations use the delivery options shown at checkout. The DPD offer above applies to England, Scotland and Wales only. Orders containing items from different delivery profiles may have combined shipping charges and arrive in separate parcels. Review the final delivery charge before payment.
European delivery - choose your service at checkout
Customers pay international postage in addition to the product price. Enter your delivery address at checkout, select an available delivery service, and review the shipping charge and order total before paying. Your chosen delivery charge is paid with your order.
International Standard is an untracked parcel service. International Tracked includes tracking and online delivery confirmation. Both services are offered to the 29 destinations below for eligible parcels up to 2 kg, based on the total shipping weight including packaging.
The following GBP prices follow the On Account columns of the Royal Mail Business Price Guide effective 7 April 2026. These are the postage prices charged by our store. Where local currency is used, Shopify converts the rate and displays the amount before payment.

The Royal Mail international postage tariff is zero-rated for UK VAT. Destination import VAT, duties and customs-clearance charges are separate and are not included in these postage prices.
Overall delivery estimates, including handling, are 4-13 business days for EU destinations and 5-19 business days for Norway, Switzerland and Türkiye. Product-specific preparation or personalisation lead times are stated in the listing. Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can extend these estimates.
Parcels over 2 kg are outside these services. Contact us before ordering if no delivery option is available at checkout.
Other international destinations
For Australia, the United States and other supported destinations, available services may include calculated Royal Mail, DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx International Connect Plus rates. Customers pay the international shipping charge shown at checkout before payment. Availability depends on the destination and parcel.
Personalised and made-to-order items
Personalised items require preparation. Check the product listing for any specific production lead time. If your order has a deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be met.
Import taxes and customs charges
The postage rates above do not include destination import VAT, customs duties or carrier customs-handling charges. Import duties and taxes are not currently collected by us at checkout for these Royal Mail services. Where applicable, the recipient pays these separately to the carrier or local customs authority before delivery. These charges depend on the destination, goods, origin and order value. The checkout total shows charges collected by USASTARFASHION; it does not mean that all import charges have been prepaid.
Delivery delays, lost or missing parcels
Delivery delays may occur after your parcel has been handed to the carrier, as transit times are outside our direct control. Tracked 48 does not guarantee delivery within 48 hours.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or appears lost, contact support@usastarfashion.com with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where required. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

European and international returns
For eligible non-personalised goods delivered to Europe, including EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and Türkiye, notify cancellation within 14 days after delivery and send goods back within a further 14 days. UK customers retain our additional 30-day voluntary return request window. Customers pay direct change-of-mind return postage to our UK address; we cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Personalised goods and digital content have specific exceptions. Greater mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
