Necessary storage
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Necessary storage supports sign-in, security, baskets, checkout and remembering privacy choices. Printlab uses browser storage for requested project and draft-saving features. Clearing storage can remove local work.
Optional technologies
Optional analytics measures store use. Advertising technologies may measure campaigns or personalise adverts. Optional technologies requiring consent must remain off until you allow them. Accepting Printlab service or artwork terms is not consent to optional cookies or marketing.
Your choices
Use the store cookie banner or cookie preferences control, where shown, to accept, reject or change optional categories. You can delete or block storage through your browser; blocking necessary storage may affect accounts, checkout and saved projects. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact us if you cannot find a privacy control.
Providers and duration
Shopify provides the store, accounts and checkout. External services and embedded content may use their own technologies when loaded. See Shopify cookie information for cookie names, purposes and durations. Storage varies by page, installed services and your choices. Some cookies end with the session; others expire later or remain until deleted. Printlab projects saved on your device can remain until you clear them.
Personal information
Service acceptance records are separate server records. Read our store privacy policy and Printlab privacy notice for data use, recipients, retention and your rights. We update this notice when our use changes.
Camera, photo memory and the virtual model
Updated 13 October 2026. Browser camera permission is separate from cookie consent. It does not allow microphone/location access, optional analytics, advertising or marketing. The live camera preview and prepared selfie/body photos are held in page memory until you remove them or close the page; closing the Try On dialog stops the camera but can retain prepared photos during that page session. No camera frame is automatically transmitted for AI generation.
The pre-generated model video is delivered as shop-hosted media; viewing it does not request camera access or create an AI generation. Necessary account cookies and server consent/allowance records support the requested service. Our account-linked generated previews are server records, not photo-library access or a cookie. Optional cookie categories remain controlled by the store banner. Read the Try On Privacy Notice and Try On Terms for seven-day saved media access, separate provider retention and withdrawal/deletion controls.
European visitors
This notice also covers visitors and customers in EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and Türkiye, subject to applicable local law. Ordering from Europe, accepting store terms or requesting a return does not itself consent to optional cookies or marketing.
