Virtual Try On is an optional appearance preview. You can browse and buy products without using it. The introductory virtual fashion model is a pre-generated AI demonstration, not you or a promise about the selected product or its fit. Products with a prepared colour clip show an AI model of that base product; sizes reuse the same colour clip and custom artwork is not shown in that demonstration. Other products show a labelled generic sample. The complete outfit and any approved personalisation appear in your generated Try On result.

Use your own clear selfie and fully clothed full-body photograph. Do not upload another person's photograph, photographs of children, confidential information, or content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. You must own or have the necessary rights to the photographs. Use this optional photo service only if you are at least 18.

Camera access is requested only when you press Open camera. It is optional; selected gallery upload is available. The camera supplies a live local preview and captures a still photograph when you press the shutter or use the timer. We do not request microphone or location access. Camera tracks stop on review, leaving the capture screen, closing Try On or hiding the page. Closing the dialog does not by itself erase locally prepared photographs; use Remove my photos or close the browser page.

By selecting Accept & continue, you agree to these terms and consent to the optional photo processing described in the Try On Privacy Notice. Creating a new Try On then sends the approved selfie, full-body photograph and selected garment references through our backend to OpenAI. Outfit Try On can combine up to five selected shop variants. If you opt to include your current LabStudio design, its personalised product mockup is also sent to OpenAI to guide the main product decoration. The other outfit items do not receive that artwork. A separate affirmative choice is required before the generated preview is sent to fal to create a moving video. This does not authorise marketing, optional cookies, or advertising use of your photographs.

AI may change facial features, body appearance, colour, lettering, logos, fabric, pose and garment details. Results are not measurements, a size recommendation, a fit guarantee, production artwork, a product description, or proof of stock or availability. Check the actual product photos, size information and description before purchase. Videos may invent motion or details and are not an exact 3D reconstruction.

Product Try On is free for the customer and currently permits one generated picture and one moving video per customer account and Shopify variant, or per distinct selected outfit/design combination when you use those options. Reopening the same combination reuses its saved result. A changed combination or approved mockup creates a separate look only when you explicitly generate it. A different variant can generate its own preview. Returning to the same variant reuses the saved result rather than spending customer credits or generating another image. Changing your photographs does not reset that variant's allowance. My saved virtual looks lists your account previews across product pages and lets you view or delete individual looks. Saved media access lasts seven days; provider links can expire separately. Download results you want to keep. Expiry or deletion does not reset the once-per-variant allowance. Uncertain or pending submissions are not automatically repeated. We may suspend unavailable or misused features; contact support for help with errors.

LabStudio subscriptions, paid AI tools, purchases and personalisation are separate. Creating or downloading a Try On does not add a product to your basket, place an order, or begin a subscription. Any paid plan's price, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are shown separately before purchase. Free Try On does not change statutory consumer rights or our product returns and shipping policies.

You can stop using Try On, refuse or revoke camera access in your browser, remove local photographs, or use Delete saved previews & withdraw photo consent. Our own saved image and job records are removed by that control; it does not instantly revoke copies already downloaded or provider-hosted links. Contact support for further erasure requests. Withdrawal stops new photo processing and does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. The Privacy Notice describes recipients, retention, transfers and your rights.

These terms supplement the Store Terms and Printlab terms for this optional feature. Mandatory consumer rights prevail. Material photo-processing changes require a new version and renewed acceptance.
