Acceptable Use Policy

USASTARFASHION Artwork Rules — version 2026-09-25-artwork-1

These rules apply to all Printlab uploads, library selections, AI prompts and results, names, words, slogans, logos, images, embroidery, patches and gang sheets.

1. Rights and permission. Only use material you own or are authorised to use for the intended download, reproduction and sale. Copyright, trademarks, trade names, logos, characters, club badges, photographs, fonts and design licences must be respected. Finding material online, buying a file or generating it with AI does not automatically grant commercial rights. Obtain permission for identifiable people and do not imply endorsement. Keep evidence of permission; we may request it. Library access does not grant rights beyond the applicable licence.

2. Prohibited content. Do not submit pornography or sexually explicit images or text; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate material; racist or hateful words, symbols or imagery; content attacking people because of protected characteristics; threats, targeted harassment, incitement to violence, extremist recruitment or praise of terrorism; graphic violence intended to shock; unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or deceptive material; counterfeit branding, impersonation, private personal information without permission, or malicious files. These restrictions apply to text in any language, misspellings, coded wording and images alike.

3. Your final check. Check spelling, names, translations, layout, dimensions, colour, placement, product variant, quantity and resolution before every download or order. Screen previews are indicative; fabric, thread and print colours may differ. Embroidery digitisation and AI output require review and may need a test stitch-out. Automatic processing does not certify rights, content compliance or production suitability.

4. Review and refusal. We may request evidence or clarification and refuse, pause or remove content reasonably believed to breach these rules. Tell support if you believe a decision is wrong. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will explain the available resolution, including a refund where due. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights or permits unlawful retention of payment.

5. Limited permission. You retain rights you hold in your artwork. You authorise us and the service providers needed for your request to process, reproduce and deliver it for that request. This is not permission to use your artwork in advertising.

6. Records and privacy. Before downloading or ordering through Printlab, confirm that the current artwork complies with these rules. We record the signed-in customer ID, policy version and hash, time, action, artwork fingerprint and receipt reference. Service confirmations go to support@usastarfashion.com and the email associated with your Shopify account. This is not marketing consent. Our standard acceptance-record retention is 12 months; see the Printlab privacy notice for rights, recipients and any necessary legal retention exceptions. Cookie choices remain separate.
